Blank prints and copies TA 300ci

Had TONS of issues with this machine. Latest required replacing the engine board. After replacement and firmware upgrade, all copies and prints are completely blank. Ay ideas would be most appreciated.

It is really easy to pinch wires on those models. Id start by carefully inspecting the areas where pcbs were removed and reinstalled.

The service manual gives as on of the possibilities a defective engine board. Since you replaced this board chances are that you introduced the blank pages yourself. Like copymech mentioned, check all connectors and look for damaged wiring.

The last time I replaced an engine PWB I accidentally unplugged the RFID PWB, and none of the OEM cartridges were recognized. And it was very easy to do. The connectors were really tight, and while tugging on the PWB end, I had partially undone the end at the union connector through the frame.

This was particularly hard to diagnose, since the manual mentions almost nothing about the RFID PWB.

Either something didn't get re-connected, or your engine PWB is bad. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
