    Hi looking for some advice dont do Kyochera i am ricoh trained have a customer with a old 3050 eith a bare inch or so of the dev roller when taken out and turned manually the toner does coat it but the minute you try and copy the bare part comes back. Any ideas would be a great help

    You need new developer unit

      This is a monocomponent machine, and you can remove the doctor blade to clean any foreign matter from the developing unit. That may solve your problem. It may require the developing unit, but it costs you only labor to clean. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
