Latest version is 03.00.0070. How many tech bulletins? Well there are a lot, but you won't use all of them.

The released Version here is 3.06

I have installed today TA4550. The machine manufactured feb 2012 with firmware 03.00.0077. Is it latest fw? I installed the machine according to Service manual but This machine had insufficient density of the solid fill. This is especially noticeable in the blue. Paper Weight 80 g\m. I did drum and developer refresh. Are there any ways to increase the density of the solid fills, for example as a Xerox Docucolor240, Canon Irc3200?? I would be grateful for any help, as well as for their help with the latest firmware and bulletins for this machine.

Did you do all adjustments in the Service Mode?

U469, U464, U412, U410.

I have do U464 and U469 from adjustment\maintence, then U410 from service mode... Tomorrow i will try U412бб, If this does not work try to re-install all

Just a thougth : Use a fresh pack of quality paper. Maybe there's too much moisture in the paper or the paper quality is bad.

Please try U161/ GRAIN MODE / MODE 1 and execute the U410 again.
Be carefull, with U161 Mode1 or 2 the paperweight for plain paper will be switched to normal 1 automaticlly.
Systemmenue/ common settings / Original_Paper setting/ Mediatype settings / Plain paper must be set to Normal 2 back.
