anyone got an idea of hw to solve this error code on 2525e ,gears are fine ,genuine toner, connectors on black dev unit are ok,besides changing the k dev unit wat else can be done to clear or reset the error, possible cause ?

The black developing unit is the most likely cause. The rear developing unit bearings will leak, and you'll see a nice pile of developer in the rear body of the machine. If this was a KM-C4035E, you would probably also have to change the black developer drive clutch, and check the shaft and bushings that it rides on. But the KM-C2525E, KM-C3225E, and KM-C3232E all use a developing drive motor, which won't be damaged by the additional load of trying to turn a seizing developing unit. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

thanks, will try to run sim 155 and check the toner sensors, hope it will give me an answerfailure is not an option !Comment
