    Km c2525e poor color quality

    HI my machine c2525e is producing poor quality copies, i dd grayscale adjustments, color registrations ,dev refresh but still its not producing the colors clearly,could it be my transfer belt ,transfer roller or settings that i need to do. please help
    failure is not an option !

    Did you run U89 samples to see if only one color is bad?

        Yeah. Lets see scans of those U089 gray test patterns. =^..^=
        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          sure did the sim 89 seems all colors are not bad , but visually my transfer belt looks like its not good my client said they cleaned it with engine cleaner or methlated spirits ,yaah so i wanna try change it, could i be right

            "Engine Cleaner"? I wonder what that could be? I hate to think what it could do to a coated rubber belt.

            You should advise them that it could cost them extra (often a lot extra) if they continue to help you. =^..^=

              thanks guys i replaced transfer belb its fine now

                Make sure you bill them for it if it wasn't damaged prior to their "cleaning"
