Will it print any internal report or print? With what results? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There are a couple of possibilities. First lets rule a few things out.
You have primary charge. The absence of primary charge is black copies.

You may have a transfer problem.
You may have a developing problem.
You may have a laser problem.

You can further rule out transfer. To do so make a skyshot, then emergency stop the machine while the paper is next to the drum. Is there a developed image on the drum? If yes it's a transfer problem. If no, it must be either developing or laser. =^..^=

thanks BLACKCATT i suspect my prob might be on dev unit though its turning, will try another unit, when i remove my main charge corona unit i am not getting a solid black copy, only one side on edge is a bit shaded, meaning when i do a copy i get a slight image on the edge, thats how far i have gone with this machine so far

Did you stop copy half way to see if image is on drum? Most common issue is the transfer roller springs missing.

venom: I think he did. So far, everything is pointing toward some sort of developing problem. =^..^=
