no its the fuser webb on the top. 2 screws to remove the plastic housing 4 screws to remove the whole unit. dont reset nothing untill you check it has life left. Also check the little brown gear - this can cause the web to wrap round the hot roller.

ok yes this is referring to the fuer web, it has life still on it,
im going to change it out then re set 909 and ive been recommended to change the 194 count to 66 turns 3.
ive also heard this saves the wear on the ufr.
        thanks for the info

So far correct. Don't hesitate to lower the U194 values as needed. When the heat roller builds up with toner, I'll replace the heat roller, web, and cleaning roller, then lower the U194 values by 5 points (61/3, 56/3, ... ). The majority of my LTR and LGR machines are set ~45/3. Machines that do primarily LTR-R and LGL will need to be set considerably lower, closer to 35/3. Mostly it depends on fill rate.

Keep in mind that 99/3 setting will make the web last 500K, 66/3 will last 2/3 of a PM cycle = 333K, and so on like that. At that 66/3 setting the web is advancing 3 turns every 66 image counts. At 45/3 you'll use two webs per 500K.

Did I explain that clearly? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Clearly my old job could do with this info, they seem to replace webs 2 or 3 at a go before 500k
