    km6030 blurring in one section

This km603 is enbolding, or blurring one section of the text about an 1/8 inch all the way down the page landscape or portrait and is in the same place every time.
no matter what direction, i have run drum refresh , no fix it, cleaned everything in the drum section(corona wires, grid, eraselamps) i just cant seem to get a clue as to what is causing this, if it IS the drum itself, then wouldnt this blurring move from place to place? this is in the same spot everytime, even when i copy a page with this blur on it, the blur is is doubled up??? and its in the print as well not just copy...???
anybody have any experience with this issue?Even my kyocera dealer's top service tech has not seen this problem, nor has an answer....this doesnt make him a bad tech....by the way .. lol

      It's the transfer belt.

A PM kit is probably due (which has a new belt and charge rollers) as well as a good cleaning/lubing driving system.

I'm leaning in the same direction as JR Alta. The bearings and shafts in the transfer assy significantly wear by 1M prints. Are you getting light print with a dirty lead edge void? How about J41 jams?

How many prints? Sample scan? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Get into the tech mode and go to U053. From there go to Seperate Setting RESIST MOTOR registration motor speed adj and adjust the speed. You will have to try them in increments of 5 to get a noticeable adjustment. I'm not sure if the speed shoud be increased or decreased. I've had this issue and this was the fix.
