    [Error Code] Kyocera KM-3050- cf630

I have a KM-3050 that is giving a CF630 code only when coming out from sleep mode, I believe that it indicates that the sleep mode mount/un-mount command is corrupted. So far I've re-formatted the HDD, done all re-initilize sims (s002, s020,s021,s022, s906) with no2 change. Sent the main pcb off to Hytec, it was returned with no problem found. Swapped out all dimms on main pcb, engine pcb & control panel pcb, with dimms from a machine with the same firmware. Also swapped engine pcb from a working KM-4050, but still have cf630 problem. Firmware level is: 2GR_2000.035.002. Am at wits end on this one, any ideas/suggestions?

The document I have recommends changing the HDD and re-loading firmware. I've never seen that one myself. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
