I understand this is a main drive motor error which could be bad motor or forced error from resistance in fuser or developer unit. I had seen possible door switch problem or possibly erratic voltage fluctuation due to main charger arcing. Please correct me and add any input you can give me related to this code as I have very minimal experience on this series. Your help is very much appreciated and i will post results of our efforts. Re: Copystar Cs220(Taskalpha 220) with c2000 error
I've only got a couple in the field, and haven't had to service them often. There for a while I had CS-1650's and CS-2550's that I saw regularly. They were low volume and we had a lot of trouble with arcing to the drum (pinholes), and the ozone buildup on the mirrors. But no drive problems. I'd follow through on checking the various torque loads on the main drive motor. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
