kyocera fs 3140 Occasional white faxing

A client of mine pointed out to me that occasionally faxes sent are white. I have already update firmware.

The most common cause is the enduser placing the originals wrong side up. Applies to all manufacturers, all models with fax function. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Hi Samuele,

Ask to end user if place the original on the contact glass,
in this case probably the user close the DP when the ISU scan the original.

I remeber that in this case the 3140 produce a partial white copy or fax.
