[CQ] 400CI background and lines - all colors

    Hello All,

We are in need of some help with this issue. We are new to Copystar and the support site is not much help on this issue. We are getting color lines and background. The transfer belt did rip, but after replacing this is still happening. Any help would be much appriciated.

    THanks,

It looks to me like the cyan developing unit is seizing.

As a preliminary test swap the cyan and magenta drum units to see if the anomaly changes (it probably won't). If it doesn't, change the cyan developing unit and do a color calibration. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Thank you for responding.

I replaced the cyan and magenta developer to start. The prints looked good after that. We did end up replacing the color MA kit since it was almost due anyways. Thanks again!
