Seems like recently nearly 5 of my machines in the field got the touch screen frozen,at times when i strip the LED assembly and clean it ,it works sometimes i gotta change it. Any idea the cause or remedy besides replacement.thanks guys

There are multiple fixes for this situation 1. replace the tablet PCB, 2. Clean crud from around display and op panel 3. Iron flex cable at connection on tablet PCB, this revives the connection sometimes. 4. There have been some firmware updates regarding responsiveness of the tablet PCB.
The best fix is to replace the Tablet PCB, usually about $54.00 from Kyocera. This problem is caused by a degredation of the conductive adhesive used on the Tablet PCB as Kyocera calls the touch screen. -

kkendric is right, assuming this is a KM-C2525E. There is no C2535E. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
