    kyocera km-c3232 cassette out of order (tray 4)

    Getting out of order error in cassette tray four have swapped cassette closed switch, lifter motor and pick up assy. Still present any help appreciated in advance........possible firmware problem or lower controller board? Tray will not lift.

      It should be a C-1040. It's not uncommon to have a lift motor take out the driver circuit on the engine PWB. If the U906 partial reset doesn't help and you're still not getting the ground signal to operate the lift motor, I'd get that engine PWB ordered. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
