Replace the laser if cleaning doesn't fix the code.

The machine needs a new charge wire and clean grid 99% of the time you get a 4200 code

Seconding this. Try a new charger unit in the drum and reset the machine (10871087 906). I have discovered the charger was the problem 2 times after replacing the costly LSU.

I'll third this with a twist. Sometimes the drum is damaged from the charger asnd you will need to replace the drum...

also check the connectors for the transfere roller and make sure they are straight and making good contact . if they are arching it to can cause a laser code
