    [Misc] Black copy FS-C8025MFP

    Hi,
    I get a problem with FS-C8025MFP. All copy by DP or glass coming out totaly black. The printer status and all prints are ok. I need a help please. Thanks.

      It is not transfer, I would say lazer also

              same kind of problem in FS6030-6025 also.... for that ,engine/main pwb replacement required....
              but for Fs8025 ...really first time i am hearing this problem.....

                  x2 for the Main PWB. There was a bulletin out for this problem (bad transistor on the Main PWB).

                      x3 main PWB. You'll have to run sim U004 to restore serial number. The re-enter network data and addressbook.
                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                          I replace MAIN PWB and it's ok. I use U004 and U917 for serials number writing, user data backup and restore.

                              common problem on the 8025 /6030 ....unfortunately if you run latest firmware the machine will lock up displaying 3200 ERROR...so till you get the new replacement main board don't run firmware else machine can only be used as doorstop till board replaced ...

                              run u004 to write serial
                              and hopefully you backed up with u917 before removing board
