We have lots of these machines out and they are pretty good, I have been reliably informed that they have far fewer pickup jams J0501 if you remove the white clip, we tested it and its true. This is with clip attached

It really reduces pick up jams.
Heres the one i need help with: I have about 15 FSC2126 that in jam history show J4020 which is a reg jam at power on. I went and watched one of these initally I thought it was the duplex door partially opening during runs, but I ruled that out by holding it shut and running the machine but I still got a jam about every 12 pages, I then removed the power lead from the machine and fitted the Kyocera lead that was shipped with the machine and then powered up. The machine then ran 200 pages no jams I reset sim903 & I thought this was fixed, went back to site three days later and back to J4020 anyone got any thoughts on this one. please?
