I have a problem with a KM-8030. When making multiple prints (10 or more) I don't see it, but when making short runs, it shows up. Starting about 4 inches from the tail end of copies, the paper is wavy. Repeats about every 1 1/2 inches to the end of the paper. So far I have changed the fuser and transfer. I find no binding in the gears or belts assy. The fuser drive assembly looks great and there isn't a spec of gear dust anywhere. The problem is seen from all cassettes. I doubt it is a paper issue or it seems to me that the wavy mess would be more random. The paper path is spotless.
Has anyone seen this problem before? If so can you make any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Hoping for advice before I start throwing parts at it
