[CQ] toner spillage in TA 4500/5500 i machines

hai....
lot of toner spilling from rear side of the drum unit ...see the pictures....most of the machines having this problem.....drum unit cleaned so many times...still problem remains... any modification is available for this problem....or drum unit to be replaced?
because of this toner spillage ,heat roller also damaged....
any solution guys.....

Hi, This steps could be done: clean the whole machine and place a seal-set kit.(instructions included) Replace the dev. unit. Upgrade firmware (04.00.0030)

Hi replace the dev unit, 2LH93034
Some of the original dev units shipped within the machine were assembled less accuratley than others.

the seal kits are a joke...instead of fixing the toner scattering issue, they have you install sponges and mylars to try and stop toner from spraying everywhere though the machine. I agree, new dev unit is the fix.
