    Kyocera km5050

I have a km5050 with accordian jamming at eject unit. Replaced both fixing unit and eject unit. Will work somtimes for a few copies then start jamming agan accordian at the eject guide. Was thinking it might be something like a guide on the door that meshes with the fuser when door is shut. Anyone had this problem in the past?
    Thanks

Look at the sep claw unit mounted on the door....the should be a 1/8" projection on the guide front and rear. If you installed a used eject assy, look for toner build-up
I know what I know better than anyone else knows what I know.

This is it right here: (302GR25371)

It also helps to talk to the customer about slamming the door, or more specifically not slamming the door. I had one of these calls last week. The cause was the endstop in tray #1 being set to A4-R when LTR-R is loaded. They shattered all the pressure roller claws and the exit guide as a result of the slamming.

I recommend that they close the inner section first, then the outer. No slamming necessary ('cause it's billable). =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
