    Thank you very much for support and interest in this thread.We finally had the machine replaced under warranty by our supplier. I find it very strange that we could not solve this problem.

        I've seen some similar issues, it seems to be related to the MAG DC value climbing into the 180+ region, default is at 150. If you change this it seems to resolve the issue.

                        This is an older thread, but since it's at the top of the list I'll just say that I had this issue on a smaller machine, a 205c. I swapped the dev unit with a known good one, problem went away. swapped back and the problem came back. Did this 3 times and each time I got the same result. For me anyway, replacing the developer unit fixed this on a much slower model.

                            Yes, I had tried it today, it works.
                            My experence is change the value to 160, and perform cal.
                            But the initial Mag DC setting value of Service manual is 180 for 55 ppm....
                            It is wired, ha
