    KM4050 cassette problem

    I have a message with paper cassette 1 "error ocurred''
    I tryed U906 and U020.. and error persist..
    I changed the Lift motor and same problem..

    I drawed out the cassette I can see the lift motor is turning slowly and continuosly

    What do you think???

    I think ... it would be a good idea to know what the actual error is. Print a U000 Error Log. Once you know what the error is, you can look up the number and address the actual problem, not just shotgun the whole machine. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Yep, Engine board. Done quite a few of these on the km3050-5050 range.
        The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

          don't replace engine board without a new lift motor installed

            Seen it also, replace the eng board and motor at same time. That new motor that you put in is probable blown now.
