Re: FS-1135?
The 1028/1128 didn't? I know they revised the fuser and firmware for the thermistor grinding into the fuser roller as I've replaced more than I care to remember...hell replaced 4 in the last week and a half...I've not replaced any 1135's....same problem or different issue?"In a cruel and evil world, being cynical can allow you to get some entertainment out of it."

Man I really hope these 1135's don't go down that road....I can change these fusers in my sleep I've changed so damn many....you'd think Kyocera would fix that design flaw...."In a cruel and evil world, being cynical can allow you to get some entertainment out of it."

Re: FS-1135?
They do a little bit more than scratch...they carve into the roller...I had one customer who ignored the loud grinding noise and ran it until he cut the roller in half...."In a cruel and evil world, being cynical can allow you to get some entertainment out of it."

Re: FS-1135?
The plastic BUSH HEAT L and R wear down over time (sooner than they should) which causes heat roller (which revolves inside them) to drop down and the first thing it touches is the thermostat underneath it. Kyocera has updated those plastic parts by changing material, but it could be better.Comment
