    Close cover error

Hi everyone, I have a kyocera km-3530 everything was ok whit it until I
opened the front cover for to clean the residual deposit of the toner, then
I put it into its place and finally I closed the cover, everything like I always
do it, but the message in the screen saying "close the cover" never disappeared.
    I don't know what to do .

I hope that someone there knows what is happening. Thanks in advance.

      Thanks

Take the right front cover off of the machine and you will see the switch . Remove switch a take it to a electronic store and they can match it up. Are you a tech.? Call one of your venders?

            Re: Close cover error

First thing to do is to find out which cover switch is giving you trouble. There are at least four switches that can give you "Close Cover" indications. Check each switch to find out which one is not being made (document processor, left upper door, left lower door, and front door). On this model the metal lever on the microswitches can get bent. That's a good place to start. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
