This is going to sound really stupid ... but did you connect the network cable? The VoyagerE series machines have separate print and scan cards. Most people find the print card and connect it, but never think to look for a second network connection. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If it were me, I'd use scan to SMB. If you don't see the option on the webpage, enable it in Sim U512.

Can you access the NS-30 webpage? =^..^=

Yes I have access via webpage, but there is not scan to SMB option. I can't find sim u512 either.
          Can you help?

If you don't see U512 you may have scan card firmware level at or below 1.4.02 You can check that firmware level in sim U019.
You'll need to upgrade the scan card firmware to version 1.4.11 using the IBVERUP installation tool.

Do you have access to KDA Connect? =^..^=

            Additional:

I did a little web searching and found:
            IBVERUP utility:
PC Matic offers free computer help, use our free PC Diagnostics to tuneup your computer.

            NS-30 firmware:

Thank you, I finally located u512 and set it on. But meanwhile I managed to set scan to PC option.
It was enough to re install File Utility with MK 2525 disconnected from the router. Now scanner works.

              Anyway thank you.
By the way, I have one question. When i switch on machine, a message "unknown toner installed" is displayd.
On the status a yellow toner is not available too. All installed toners seem to be genuine and machine prints yellow.

It's not uncommon to get a defective RFID chip on the cartridge. It will just appear as unknown toner, and won't offer you toner levels.

If you must see the toner level you can put in a new cartridge if you want, but the machine will work just the same. =^..^=
