hi all,
Today i was facing a problem in a customer place. Kyocera 3035 Error Message on Cassette 1" Open cassette 1, Check and Remove Paper From inside of Machine" by swap lift motor it is not working.. it detects paper size A3, A4 Pro and orientation...!! Cassette Push button also working..

And also i swap cassette and Cassette Paper feed section..however 2 cassette working fine after swaping also...!!!

Please fix my problem Guys..!!

Is there, maybe, a C1010 error stored on the machine that might isolate tray #1?

You might try clearing the error with a partial reset U906? =^..^=

iTs their in a service call report..!! i resetted twice a time then also their is no change in that machine..!!

It's not uncommon to have a shorting lift motor damage the motor driver circuit(s) on the engine PWB. If you swap the shorting motor to the other paper port it can damage the motor driver circuits for both paper drawers. The only sure way to get past this circular sequence of events is to:

1) Replace both lift motors and engine PWB simultaneously.
2) Perform U906 partial reset.
