I tried all user and passwords to get in but no luck. Admin. Admin00. admin admin. Can't get in. Can I reset the command center to defauld through service mode. Memory clear 021 i think may do it but it will effect other stuff. Thx

The default is "no password".
Easiest solution: Ask the guy who set it.
Second easiest solution: U021, then resetting your destination, addressbook, network settings, screen defaults, any FRPO changes ... but you knew that. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Is this the KM or TA?
On the TA try going into sys/menu-job acct-user login-user list
it shows you the login details for m/c and command centre, this is avsailable on most if not all the later m/c's including smart m/c's
