    [Misc] Kyocera Taskalfa 300i Fax issue

    Dear all,

    I am installaed new machine in customer side. its an shipping company.. they are using internet fax. they dont have pstn line. they are using wimax technology for internet,phone and fax. here i can able to sent the fax and recieving only problem for me.. i dono why this machine not printing the job. i can able to seen in screen receiving light is their. still not printing. so fix this issue for me..

    i connect with the phone and dail the fax number. dail tone is their. still their is no fax printout not came..

      program paper tray as auto detect size, not as letter

          Any errors on the fax Rx Log? =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              I had a problem with the auto detect tray setting. It locked out the whole machine and froze the job queue, till the setting was changed. Had to removed fax card, make the change then reinstall card to get it to work.

              Ended up being a junk fax anyways.. :/

                      their is no error my dear..!! sending is okay.. receiving only having problem.. when i try to sent from my office in display it show fax receiving printing doc0123.. printout not all coming... i dono why?? this is new machine.. now customer they are using only for printing and scaning..
