    KM-3050 - Intermittent error C3310 and adjusting Scanner

    Hi,

    In KM-3050 intermittent error code C3310 showing. as per manuals its related to CIS AGC Problem. we have replaced DP Main PWB. but problem still there.
    also we have replaced DP inverter PWB. But Problem not resolved. please help to resolve this issue.

      First check the connector for the CIS on the back cover of the machine. Check for bent pins or bad connections, it's very common. Check continuity from the engine PWB to the DP controller.

      Next the CIS Assy inside the DP. =^..^=

      Edit: for the "Adjusting Scanner" message check that the top DP door is closed:
      "Adjusting Scanner" message, whenever originals are placed in the DP-700 document processor and Start pressed. Message does not clear. Top cover of document processor has been forceably opened, damaging the rear hook and interlock switch holder. Replace rear hook (303JX07180) and interlock switch holder (303JX02240).
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          I've replaced a few scanner control pwb's for the adjusting scanner issue. It's the board the larger adf cable plugs into.
