If, You have service manual execute : "Initialize all memory" in service mode. Now I'm not remember what is exacty it is i This U020, U021 or U022 one of these is that procedure, but be carefull : if Your machine has ADF, after this procedure You must do adjustments for lead edge for scan/copy.

The default is: no authentication at all

The memory clear, or engine reset PreScribe command are about the only way to reset that password. If you do the memory clear, don't forget to reset the destination (U252 or maybe U265) which is the badge: Kyocera, Copystar, Utax, Olivetti, etc. (Copystar: 66, Kyocera Mita: 2, Utax: 11, Olivetti: 12)

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

When you initialize U020 or U021 The password was not deleted but it is resseted to default. If I remember the default password is 1600 or 2500
