      Does this help?:
Misfeeds (Jam J88) paper is folded over while exiting the holding tray of the DF-710. Finished paper shows notable upward curl in the tray. Poor quality paper. Compensation can be made by adjusting de-curl rollers E1 & E2 (default is 1). For downward curl increase E1, & default E2. For upward curl increase E2, & default E1.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

This is one of those situations where a professional technician would open their service manual and read about the function of rollers E1 and E2. You too, can act like a professional technician, even if you aren't one.

Don't have a manual? See Paul for the DF-710 Service Manual at www.just manuals.com

Please check bulletin #A387-3LT-0007 in KDAconnect Helpdesk Knowledgebase, regarding timing procedure. Its for DF760, but they are the same essentially.
