CS 3035 toner add assy

Seems like at one time there was a bulletin for the toner add assy on the cs 3035, but now i cant find it and the parts manual doesn't list the complete assy separate. Would anyone here know the part number.

you sure you need it? usually just the belt has teeth missing

Well in the past this has fixed my problem with this issue, but for some reason I didnt reorder when I used the last one.

At the moment nothing works since it wont add toner, but thanks for the input

Have you gone into simulation and cheched the toner solenoid?

Yes you can hear the solenoid firing

it runs the sim and acts like it is adding but when it stops the dv unit is still empty

I ordered the drive belt as per the above post and will keep you updated

Put a mark on the toner box gear, then you can see if it is turning when it is supposed to be adding toner.

Thanks and sorry for the late reply it was part 5 and 12. the shaft in 5 was able to free spin, and the pin that gives 12 drive was able to nearly free spin also

stick your hand in the machine where the toner sits and check if the spring loaded gear is stuck in the down position. The solenoid will click but wont add toner because the gears are not turning the cartridge .
