Re: Kyocera KM-2050
I'm not aware of a bulletin. The thing I'd examine is the transfer roller bushings and pressure springs. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Kyocera KM-2050
I saw a similiar problem with CS-5035 series, fixed it with a firmware update, had to do with increasing voltage on the transfer roller during duplex. Might be worth a try. If you read the docs on the firmware update it says what it fixes.Comment

Re: Kyocera KM-2050
Thanks for all replys.I found the bullitin and mod to fix the problem. It has something to due with condensation . Kyocera bulletin # 2C9-0061 . Not sure if i will see the problem again. It happens when the machine is in a cold enviroment and gets turned on and then you get damp paper going throught the fuser and then streaks when paper backs up on duplexing. I installed this machine in a warm enviroment so I think I'm good. But I have the bulletin to fix if problem comes back. Thanks.Comment

I definitely prefer the warmer environment whenever possible. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
