[CQ] Taskalfa CS 400ci Saturn very light Cyan Grayscale

I've included an image of the Cyan grayscale. The first half inch or so comes out sufficiently dark, however, after that it becomes increasingly light. I originally thought it could be a developer. I ran dev refresh, replaced the dev, replaced the drum, ran u464, and 412. Also ran color calibration, and registration just for shits and giggles. I checked the xfer assy, and the C xfer roller underneath the belt seems to be ok. Any ideas? Anyone seen a similar problem? Again, Drum and dev were already replaced. Thanks.

Do an emergency stop on the U089 cyan test. Is the image properly developed on he primary transfer belt? If no, it's before primary transfer. If yes, it's after primary transfer ... like secondary transfer. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Look down the belt rail and see if the HV contact for the cyan transfer roller in the belt is damaged. It's a small metal wire tab. You should see one for each color.

I can't believe I didn't check the transfer spring leads. The cyan spring was inside of it's assembly. I had seen that on the Voyager's, but never on a Saturn. So yeah, took the back off. Took off the 4 drum motors and the PWB above them, the fan off to the right of the main pwb, took off the assy, and the board, and replaced the spring. Cyan on the page once again. Hope this helps someone in the future.
