Quick question for you guys. I have a customer with a c4035e that is having a problem creating new scan to email accounts. When they go into destination registration, via web connection, it requires a username and login to add or delete registrations. I've tried Kyocera logins that I know, Admin00, Admin, admin, 4035, 4000 but nothing seems to work. For the last 5 years they have had this lovely little machine, they have been able to add and remove accounts without issue but, about a month ago, the machine started requesting credentials.
I'm not sure what setting I should be looking for but, I've checked everything I could think of and still nothing.
