Did you actually do any maintenance? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

lol... Yeah, these guys run 50,000 copies a month. So far no down time in 3 months. I put 2 (different) maintenance kits on it and watching the jam history. Been keeping it clean and so far so good...Comment

If you've never changed the Duplex Switchback roller and you are at 2.5 mil...I'd replace that...it's a job but not too hard...also make sure the shaft and inside the white roller that sits above the DU switchback roller is clean and allowing the plastic roller to move freely...they get gunked up..."In a cruel and evil world, being cynical can allow you to get some entertainment out of it."

Main drive motors ? None yet... Had this machine for about 4 months so far... Are motors a problem for this ?... After sitting around for a few years before taken out of storage, I did have an issue with the developer motor. It hasn't become a problem since I put a new housing in it...Comment

arround 1.8 - 2.5 mil I have changed the main drives the motor and the gear running fuser will eventually wear out.. there is thread about this on the forum. I usually order the whole drive unit assembled in factory as there was a batch of spare motor shafts that had slight dimension intolerances and when put in the old drive unit it had a heavy drive and wear out quick or even worse produced issue, jam, noisy, C-code.
They good machines please don't get me wrong, as long as you have mods in they are sweet as a nut. Have you got the copper like looking springs on feed units ?
few good threads
