    KM-5035 Legacy Model

I have a KM-5035 that has intermittent CQ problems. Sometimes I get a 4 to 5 inch void in the middle of the page when doing a lage copy job over 500 when running under a 100 copies at a time it works perfect. The DV Unit , high voltage board, power supply and drum has been replaced no change and power has been tested also.

    Any Ideas

    How about a sample? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Samples would really help as Blackcat stated. Also, only things to cause voids are the laser unit glass being dirty or the transfer section. Check your transfer roller.
