What do you expect your users to do? Change the network settings?

Most endusers won't remember how to edit the addressbook, even after reminding them repeatedly. Your worries are unfounded.
Or are you like these tight-assed IT guys that lock things up just because they can?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I change the admin password everytime I'm at a copier whose password was changed by their IT.

I am the admin, not you; IT man!

That is my playground! You have your own!

So , Our machine is Olivetti 253MF plus. (Fs 6525MFP ) .Every user can reach and edit "adress book" without admin password.
My customer does not want it.

Blocking the IP-adress of the machine for HTTP-traffic is an option. But the customers also can make changes to the adress book on the machine itself, so you'll also have to lock the machine.
