    I take one of those:

On the CS-2050 with the J11 jams: It very common for the customer to get a jam 1/2 way through the feed/separation rollers, then pull out the cassette forceably. The separation roller becomes unlatched from it's mounts and will give you lots of those J11's after that.

The easy way to get to the separation roller is to remove the waste bottle, drum unit, and developing unit. Tip the machine up onto its left side on the floor (with the door closed, of course).

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The C2500 is usually caused by the left side door being pulled while the machine is operating. It gives you a false paper feed code and is really due to the safety switch and two other switches ganged together on the left rear frame area of the copier. These switch/switches are being opened during operation and then pop the code. More prone to occur if the customer has a finisher attached also and the finisher is placing pressure on the left cover allowing the cover to get pulled open slightly and opening the switch/switches.

No shit, Probably the most inconvenient Kyocera paper feed system to work on since the DC-4585 Duplexer.

I've pulled a few of those. It's been so long that I can't even picture it now.
