Error code c5300

    Error code c5300

    Dear friends, Good day all, triumph Adler dc 2250/1250 which is equivalent to kyocera km5050 is chowing error code c5300. The service manual direct me to replace the cleaning lamp or the engine PWB.I replace the cleaning lamp and it remain the same, please is there any thing i can do to correct this error with out changing the engine PWB? please help me if you know.thanks, quitech

      Check to make sure the front door is staying latched. There is a little black piece that will break and cause the door to not fully close. If the door opens even slightly, it can cause that code to pop up if I remember correctly.

      The black piece attaches to the door with two clips. The other end holds the door close via a magnet. Make sure the magnet isn't attached to the main body.

          I've seen the screws backed out of the left side doorswitch.

          I've also seen the wrong drum unit installed. The DK-715 (KM-3050) is not interchangeable with the DK-716 (KM-4050, KM-5050).

          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              This machine was working perfectly as of last week we supply the machine, the error code display for the first time i switch off and on, it started working. But as of yesterday the code return, i also interchanged drum unit DK 716 direct from another km 5050 and it remain the same,but let me go and check the front and left door switches as you said,thanks all

                      Dear friends,I really appreciate all your effort to ensured that my problem is solve. it is front door switch as stevena86 describe it, hmm i was surprise because i never know that this switch can cause it, i do experience error code c4200 if am having problem with this switch,well I thank you all, no body is perfect we learn every day.God bless you all.good bye
