kyocera taskalpha 500ci c7000 eror codes

I am working on a kyocera 500ci with c7000 error codes. I seen the tsb about the motor changes. The tec bulitan says to replace the toner container motor, location e. I have ordered the motor however, I can not locate it. I have basically torn apart the entire mfp, spent about 4+ hours on it and still can not locate the motor location. The mfp has kicked my ass so Im asking for some help.. it would be greatly appreciated!

You get to it from the front. Remove the rear cover above the internal catch tray and bingo. It should take you about 20min.....
The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

What I usually do when I cannot locate an electronic component is to read the part of the service manual called "Location of Electronic Components". It can be very helpful. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for all the input, I installed the motor, however, I'm still getting the error which could be caused by backed up toner ( I'm assuming), but here is the kicker, the customer asked me if I could bring the mfp back to the shop because their building was in foreclosure and the building was going to be locked up as of that night. So, I transported it back to the shop and have not looked at it since. Once, I hear back from the customer, when they find a new building (church), they will call me back and we will go from there. Thanks again!

If the dev units are not backed up it could be the engine pcb.ive had this issue before.BTW the motors are interchangeable if you want to check them
