Do any of you internal prints print right to the page edge? Look at U089 gray test pattern. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Here is that image blackcat gave me that I printed directly off a USB Stick.
We swapped the Cyan and Yellow Charge rollers, as well as the Black and Magenta ones, and still got this same result. So we feel confident its not the charge rollers.
It looks like the developers gone bad on both the cyan and black, thats my guess, if anyone has an alternate opinion, feel free to share.
Dear Friend.....
please try to replace this part...... PARTS UNIT HIGH VOLTAGE TRANSFER SP....PART NO: 2K994401.
In my case only Black was problem....solved by replacing....it was escalated call attended by another service Engineer given to me from my Manager.
replaced both drum and developer, nothing changed. That part number rashid gave me was invalid. Thinking the cyan laser unit might be dirty in that corner.
For those of you who were wondering, we brought in a regional tech, and he determined it was the lasers that went bad and had us order 4 new lasers for the machine. Ill let you know when we get them if it resolves the issue.

This series is so great!! *cough sarcasm cough*
New firmware out last week! Updated 2 machines in the field so far, so good.
Too bad they didn't fix the stuff that plagues this series.
Not to digress, this same regional rep also told us "Half the time when I take apart a 2126, they end up never working again." in reference to our graveyard of them.
Needless to say, Kyocera Color units are a hardly a stroll through the park.

Just browsing through this thread and really have not give thorough thought to the whole problem. The above in red caught my attention. I have repaired lots of fs-2126 and not one went to the graveyard. yes, they require a bit of work to do the mod, but when done they work fine and usually after assy, works gracefully. replacing four lasers to correct this problem, very, very unlikely, if fact i would say a plain na.
print in monochome only and see if that laser is good, and if good you can swap around the lasers [if they are the same, which i think they are] and start there.
Also, u89 colour belt. what do they look like.
