Have you done any of the modifications on this machine? Please search Gemini Modifications. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sorry I dont even know if you mean "copy" or "print" but many "copy" density issues can be darkened by changing around original settings from text/photo, photo, text, etc etc

I tried google searching your suggestion and came up with everything but the copier; did add for the requested copier and saw a conversation back in 2013 yet never spoke as to what the mods were. Would just replacing the black developing unit work or be a temp repair??? Thanks!!!

copy only; this is definitely and undertoning issue and copier does not recognize it. Thanks!!!

normally the gear which drives the toner auger down the side of the transfer unit snaps off and causes this problem.
