Anyone ever seen this before on this box? The printer will reset after on/off but error returns. Pages will print but last page will stutter print as if formatting is off. then gives error. Please respond. I have the manual and have tried a flash using USB successfully. CF flash does not work gives an 01 error during CF format. MK needs replace is on and has been on for awhile. Any help is appreciated.

Re: FS 9530 F-000
Thanks Albert. Do you know where that spreadsheet came from?
Two points:
#1) Are you sure the CF card is properly formatted before copying the firmware to it? Is the firmware unpacked, and on the root of the card? And it's the correct firmware? If all those things are correct I'd start with the CODE DIMM with firmware.
#2) Most likely you've got a corrupt print job repeatedly hitting the printer, that is not clearing from the print queue. I would take the printer off the network, connect it via crossover to my laptop, and print that way. I think you'll find that it works fine until you put it back onto the customers network. The next thing to do if find the PC that's sending the print job and delete the print job, or stop the spooler and purge it.
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: FS 9530 F-000
BC: Thank and others that responded. Guys: I have the manual and considered everything it says. I did reseat connectors on the main boards and others. I could not format the card on the machine because I was getting an error. It gets an 01 error during format. Maybe I'll try another CF card. I tried to format using USB. The machine goes through format but when I print status page it looks like the same firmware is installed. Thanks for the help. Any other suggestions are appreciated.Comment

Re: FS 9530 F-000
Do you have access to another Falcon III? The formatting is the same.
Or you can do this:
1) Clear contents of the CF card
2) Install the folder structure that I provide to you.
3) Copy extracted firmware to the root of the card.

Re: FS 9530 F-000
Yes. Don't forget to extract the firmware. It won't load in compressed form. I can tell it's compressed because of the "K" icon in front of the firmware.
Three of those lines should not appear on the card:
The compressed firmware
The folder with the uncompressed folder
The zipped folder with the formatting
You should only see the five folders I provided to you and the two firmware files. That's it. Nothing else. =^..^=Last edited by blackcat4866; 11-29-2014, 09:49 PM.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Thank you, Jude. We celebrated early, about two weeks ago, while Mrs. blackcat could still supervise my preparation of the turkey and fixin's. She had her 2nd knee replacement 11 days ago Monday, and is cruizin' around with her walker.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Operation Panel
HDD
Main PWB
You can choose the order. I think I'd start with the op panel, then firmware.
On Kyocera you must reload firmware whenever you change a board. Disparate levels of firmware will error out the machine. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
