You did not mention a brand or model .

If you are asking about a Kyocera , I do not know of a reset for that message .......
However ; with most manufacturers , if you use OEM toner ... you will not see that message.
If you have seen this message , then it was probably recorded in the Event log ; thus voiding your warranty .

Just use the recommended OEM toner .

If you have aftermarket toner installed, yes, it's going to say that. The reset? Install OEM toner. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It is better to use only OEM toner to avoid many bad effects of non-original one

I don't think that the warranty is voided unless the non-oem toner actually causes a problem. That's my understanding, anyway. But I've been wrong before.

Unknown Toner will appear on the maintenance report, and yes, it will void the machine warranty. =^..^=
