Have you done any color calibrations? If not, get yourself a manual, and start reading. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

How about AC calibration and half-tone adjustment? And they should be done in a specific order. One of these posts might be of assistance (this is found using a search engine):

Still get the manual. It helps to know how the simulations are supposed to work. =^..^=

Did you do the calibration cycle or the color registration (w/chart)? That looks like registration problem. I can't tell if you are getting a background, but if so, you may have to pull all the devs and drums and manually clean the lazer. The auto clean (I don't remember if it has one) doesn't always do the trick. All of this happens during a rough move. So if you move it back, do the registration again at end point.

          1
          Press the
          System Menu
          key.
          2
          Press [ ], [Adjustment/Maintenance], [ ] and
          then [Next] of
          Color Registration
          .
          3
          Press [Print] of
          Chart
          . A chart is printed.
On the chart, for each of
          M
          (magenta),
          C
          (cyan) and
          Y
(yellow), 3 chart types are printed on one sheet:
          H-F
          (left),
          V
          (right),
          H-R
          (horizontal)

I thank you all my friends that show concern towards my problem especially my good blackcat and jbwiss for putting me through of what i will try tomorrow. The only problem i have now is the firmware, i which one of you can send it for me so that all my tools will be complete against tomorrow war. May God bless you all. You will hear from after the war.
            Thanks all,
            quitech.
