[Electrical] FULL BLACK PAGE on kyocera FS-3140

I've Suddently full Black Pages on FS-3140 .

The printer indicate NOW

" add toner please wait" but the cartridge TK350 is FULL and

The WASTE TONER BOTTLE continues to fill.

--------------------------------------------------------------
FOR TESTING

I've change :

- the development Unit
- the Drum Unit
- and a new Waste toner bottle

After 10 min,
The printer indicate always " add toner"
And the waste toner is FULL AGAIN.


I think a THT Problem OR Main Card.

Check the charge/grid bias connectors on the printer side. Possibly dirty or arcing.

It has to be high voltage arcing to cause it. make sure the drum is slid in & latched.

I have the same problem and no solution .I tried in addition to changing the main board and the THT board without any success .

same problem "adding toner" i tried drive unit, etc.. i changed a gear GEAR DLP Z31H (bulletin Measures against the Developer Drive Gear Shaft Twist), gears on dev unit dont rotate properly, check out with door open and with no toner, finally it loaded toner and start working.

If you check toner inside one gear is there then you can swap that one
