    500ci - colors "bleeding"

At least that's the best way to describe it... first noticed on full blue prints, but then can see with reds as well... have done all the normal clean/refresh/calibration cycles, u155 toner counts appear normal, sample sets attached... have replaced dev and drum with no change

It looks like cyan over-toning to me. You say that the developing unit is new? What U131 readings? OEM toner? Are you getting teardrop shaped toner spills on color images? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Replaced with developer from another machine (known good) to test and still have the same pattern, yes OEM toner, no tear drop toner spills... after more consideration, remember another tech replaced the transfer belt just before this started, going to check that out, maybe bad belt, or bad belt ground.... reaching a bit I think, but all things being equal, it kind of makes sense

Make sure the primary transfer contact springs haven't been dislodged. It's easy to do, and 3 hours to fix. The good news is they can't go far, just on top of the HVT PWB. =^..^=
