    Utax cdc2550ci dark prints

    Hi There
    Was wondering if anyone could help me out urgently with the following problem.
    I have a cdc2550ci producing dark prints even though all calibrations are done and all the latest firmware up to date. I have tested the same image on a cdc 1930 in the customers office using the same driver settings and the cdc2550 printer driver and got a completely different result.
    See attached image .
    Any help greatly appreciated.

      Print a true gray file, I'll bet it's heavy on magenta. Also print those samples from a USB drive to eliminate any driver/PC possibilities.

          My own thought, also. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
