    Taskalfa 300ci

    Dear friends,
    Good day to you all. pls friends i am facing serious challenge with one of my costumer's Taskalfa 300ci. The colour production is ok, while B/w production is faint, please check the attachment and tell me what to do.

    I swapped blk developer unith and blk drum unit from good working machine to this very machine, no good result.I swapped the LSU and charger board [HVT board] from good working machine to this very machine, still no good result.I have don both Ac calibration, drum refresh, developer refresh and Gray adjustment still the same. i initialize the memory with u21 no good result.

    pls any help will be highly appreciate.

    Is the black developer unit agitating? Possible bad developing motor. How about the primary transfer contacts, specifically black? Also, you may have a problem with the black primary transfer roller. Have you done an emergency stop to see how well the black image is developed on the primary transfer belt? =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
